CCS Registered Nurse / MSN, RN
Tara Hayes. After 20 years of nursing experience, Tara is beginning her journey as a CCS Registered Nurse. Tara is new to Therapy Without Walls as of June 2020. Tara has 15 years of community mental health experience working for Sauk County Human Services in the Outpatient Department and the Community Support Program. Tara received her Master of Science in Nursing-Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in 2015. Tara also has experience working in public health, long-term care facilities and school nursing.
Tara is passionate about working directly with consumers to guide, motivate, support and encourage them to meet their health and wellness goals.
When Tara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, walking, running and kayaking.
