Jen Correia is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jen graduated from UW Eau Claire in 2004 with a BA in Psychology and obtained a MA in Community Counseling from Lakeland College in 2011. Jen employs the use of cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, solution-focused, art, and person-centered therapies, as well as motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices. Jen works with clients dealing with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions and trauma. She believes the individual is the most knowledgeable about their mental health and works to assist them in a way that most closely fits their own needs.
