Mariah Soderling is a Substance Abuse Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mariah graduated from UW Stout in 2011 with a BS in Vocational Rehabilitation and obtained a MA in Community Counseling from Lakeland University in 2020.
Mariah works with individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. She uses CBT and mindfulness approaches. Mariah recently became certified to use Brainspotting to help individuals process and heal from past trauma.
Mariah enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, and gardening.
