Therapeutic Mentor, Service Facilitator / MSW, APSW

Melinda Stratton has worked with children, adolescents and adults for 15+ years. Melinda has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with individuals and families in a multitude of different roles including: in-home therapist, case manager, therapeutic mentor and team facilitator for both the Comprehensive Community Services Program (CCS) and the Coordinated Services Program Initiative (CST). Her experience encompasses working with individuals with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and adjustment issues. Melinda uses and eclectic approach to utilize various therapeutic modalities which include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and brainspotting, depending on the needs of the family. Melinda enjoys helping people explore ways to reconnect with their strengths, improve their quality of life and make changes that will allow them to gain a sense of fulfillment while looking forward to their future with hope.
