Psychosocial Rehabilitation Worker, Mentor / BA
Lauren Young is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Worker at Therapy Without Walls and is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Counseling. Lauren supports individuals of all ages and any other defining factors.
Lauren has a great passion for treatment in the areas of trauma, attachment systems and mindfulness. She believes health and growth is experienced when the WHOLE person is supported to connect with the authentic self, the natural world around us and each other. She takes special interests in the areas of neurobiology, epigenetics, Polyvagal Theory, nutrition, moving the body and nature.
Personally, Lauren loves her family, mycology, growing things, food, art, music, all things water, travel, exploration and adventure.
