Therapeutic Mentor, Service Facilitator

Rob has worked in the community mental health field since 2018. Rob attained his Master’s of Social Work (MSW) degree in clinical social work from Saint Mary’s University-Minnesota and is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate (BA). In his professional practice, Rob uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach along with motivational interviewing.


Rob has experience in county crisis work and training in crisis debriefing. As a crisis worker, Rob supported individuals in a mental health emergency across various settings with stabilization, safety planning, and assessing whether inpatient psychiatric hospitalization is necessary. Rob also supported military veterans and their families with their presenting needs during his general practicum experience at a neighboring county’s HHS Veterans Service Office (VSO), and he is a proud Marine veteran.


Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, nature walks with his yellow Labrador, traveling, reading, carpentry/home renovations, playing board/card games, and playing saxophone. Rob was raised in New England and Arizona and born in Long Island.
