Psychotherapist
Natasha earned her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University in 2020 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Natasha believes healing happens through attunement, empowerment and practical skill-building. She creates a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients can explore the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors while honoring the impact of trauma and lived experience. Her approach emphasizes safety, transparency, and autonomy, helping clients feel supported as they work toward greater overall well-being.
Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, Natasha meets clients where they are and helps them discover the tools and strategies that resonate with them. She is committed to empowering individuals to define their own wellness, build confidence and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys learning new skills and hobbies, spending time outdoors and making memories with family and friends.
Two quotes that reflect Natasha’s outlook are:
“This is our first time here, living. It’s okay to not have it all figured out; give yourself and others grace and compassion.”
“Embrace your weirdness; maybe it’s your superpower!”
