Psychotherapist

Heather holds a master’s degree in counseling from Concordia University, with an emphasis in both school and professional counseling. She is certified in Brainspotting and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), evidence-based approaches that support healing, growth and lasting change.

Heather’s work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that emphasizes safety, trust, and connection within the therapeutic relationship. She works with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and other life challenges. Heather helps clients make sense of their experiences, recognize their strengths and develop meaningful pathways forward at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
