Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides CCS and outpatient therapy across the lifespan, with experience supporting youth, young adults and middle-aged adults. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Emily takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, empowering clients to guide their own therapeutic journey. She utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, play therapy and other person-centered approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Her areas of experience include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and skill building. Emily strives to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients can build coping skills, recognize their strengths and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
