Psychotherapist, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist, Service Facilitator
Erica offers both traditional talk therapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, individualized treatment experience by drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to meet each consumer’s unique needs.
Erica integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Natural Lifemanship, a relationship-based model of equine-assisted psychotherapy that fosters emotional regulation, trust, and experiential learning. This innovative approach allows consumers to explore and build healthy relationship patterns—in and out of the therapy space.
As a CCS Service Facilitator, Erica also provides coordinated care, skill development, and compassionate support to help consumers move forward on their recovery journeys. Her calm presence and relational approach offer a safe space for growth, healing, and connection.
