Psychotherapist, Service Facilitator

Lindsey Caflisch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been serving individuals across the lifespan through the Sauk County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program since 2019. She provides both service facilitation and psychotherapy for youth, teens, and adults.

Lindsey practices from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective, with advanced training in Brainspotting (Phases 1 and 2). Her work is rooted in a somatic therapeutic approach, helping clients connect emotional experiences with bodily sensations to foster deeper healing. She is passionate about honoring the whole person—mind and body—and tailoring her care to each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Lindsey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with extensive knowledge of trauma and its impact on the body. She utilizes evidence-based techniques to help individuals who have experienced trauma achieve relaxation and healing.

Her professional background spans outpatient and community-based mental health services, as well as case management. Lindsey has experience working with a broad range of mental health conditions and takes pride in supporting individuals from all walks of life.

Outside of her clinical work, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors and raising chickens. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.
