Heather is a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist who holds a Master’s Degree from Concordia University, with an emphasis in both school and professional counseling. She is trained inTrauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) andBrainspotting, therapeutic approaches that support deep healing and personal growth.

Heather takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She believes that the heart of effective counseling lies in building trusting, supportive relationships. Heather is passionate about helping individuals of all ages discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their personal goals—no matter where they are on their life journey.

She enjoys working with children, teens, and adults, and appreciates the unique experiences each stage of life brings. Whether navigating stress, trauma, substance use, or life transitions, Heather offers a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, and empowered.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and traveling to new places.
