Community Rehabilitation Specialist
Sarah earned her Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Madison College in 2017. During her studies, she completed an internship with the Sauk County Human Services Department, where she began working with adults in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program.
Sarah joined Therapy Without Walls in June 2017 and has since supported both children and adults within the CCS Program. She has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by substance use and is especially passionate about supporting consumers on their recovery journeys. Sarah believes in meeting people where they are and focuses on practical, real-life support.
She works closely with clients to set realistic goals, access community resources, secure housing and employment, and build daily living skills that support long-term stability and independence.
