Mariah is committed to supporting individuals on their path to recovery and emotional wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin–Stout (2011) and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Lakeland University (2020).
Mariah specializes in treating individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, empowering consumers to create meaningful, lasting change. She also incorporates Brainspotting, a powerful, brain-based therapy that helps consumers process trauma and access deeper healing.
Outside the therapy room, Mariah enjoys staying active through exercise, spending quality time with her family and friends, and nurturing her garden.
