Psychotherapist, Service Facilitator
Katie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017 and has been an integral part of the Sauk County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program since then.
Katie is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults, and brings a wealth of experience in assessing and treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma histories, and emotional dysregulation. She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach—working closely with each individual to identify their strengths and develop a treatment plan tailored to their unique goals.
Katie is trained in Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She strives to empower her consumers by helping them build skills, develop self-love, and walk with them through their healing journey.
Outside of her professional life, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, reading, and crafting.
